At HRBOOST®, we believe there is a talent emergency.  It is important for your business to attract talent and onboard them successfully to your team.  When you work with a PEO, they may advise you on staffing and recruitment, but their support ends there.  HRBOOST® provides full recruitment (post, source, filter, assess, and place direct) when you need it to help attract and onboard new talent.  We offer flexible terms of engagement for our recruitment services and we can charge for time or a flat rate.

Pricing

At HRBOOST®, we can charge a flat fee per position or bill as incurred on a fractional basis.  The fee covers job posting, job analysis/ description, BestWork DATA Assessment, screening to tier 1 candidates, interview guidance, and onboarding support.

 Mid-Level Position   $8,500 
 Executive Position   $10,000 

 

Scope of Services

As a Recruiter on Demand, HRBOOST® will support your company’s recruitment efforts and target secure, qualified candidates for consideration.

Description of Recruiter on Demand Services

HRBOOST® provides the following professional recruitment services:

  1. Develop a job posting based on the job description you provide
  2. Place an advertisement and filter candidates for Tier 1 selection
  3. Identify talent qualified for Tier 1 selection
  4. Evaluate prospective candidates – preliminary screening of Tier 1 candidates with Spark Hire Interviews and a link for BestWorkDATA Assessment.
  5. Present qualified and screened Tier 1 candidates to you for consideration and feedback
  6. Facilitate scheduling of interviews with client
  7. Assist you with job offer and employee value proposition upon completion of the interview process. This would include the offer, benefits summary, and compensation framework and employee value proposition.  Everything is developed and branded according to your specifications and presented to you for presentation to the preferred candidate, or we can present it to the candidate on your behalf.

  • BestWorkDATA Assessment – BestWork DATA has developed a simple 25 minute online experience that measures hard-wired traits and abilities that describe how a person thinks, learns, and behaves.  The DATA presents a clear picture of their unique strengths with regard to any job behavior.  It is easy to see what the candidates can do best and what may present them with a challenge.  This enables you to use their talents to the greatest advantage.
  • Spark Hire – Spark Hire is a video interviewing platform that allows us to meet prospective clients without schedule conflicts. We can share the platform with the appropriate members of your team to help us determine the next series of candidates to meet face-to-face.
  • Other onboard assessment tools can be considered if desired.
