HR Assessments

Comprehensive Assessment to include what is being done now against what is not being done (opportunities) and (risks). Performance metrics directly linked to Profit and Loss impact from a strategic perspective. Evaluation of financial spend on HR currently against potential spend and ROI from an HR perspective.  Includes a 90 minute Phone Interview with CFO/COO/CEO, and Consultation Meeting with comprehensive bound reports documenting GAP analysis and a financial impact both strategically and tactically.  "Basically whoever knows the most about HR and can provide qualitative and quantitative insights".  One-time $500 fee.  Includes two bound reports.

Culture Surveys

Generally Applied People Metrics (GAPM) is a SAAS Culture Survey for employers to hear the voice of their workforce against the leading indicators in three zones: the Management, the Team, and the Self. Each GAPM report reveals performance measures against the SPEED of any organization. SPEED is Structure, Productivity, Execution, Engagement, and Due Diligence.

Cognitive Assessments

We provide cognitive assessments to provide insights on a candidate, high potential performer, or team. Assessments can be used for hiring, managing, training, team engineering, sales, and coaching. Reports include Training Coach, Working with Me, Onboard Me, My Team Leader, and Manage Me reports. Strengths become values and behavior is value expressed in the workplace playing a direct role in performance.

Core Values

Core Values come together in business and represent the “WE BELIEVE” sentiments among a workforce. The person that works for your business seeks to align their personal values to the organizational values. This survey and facilitation package includes a survey of the workforce and the visionary leader/founder or management team separately. Once data is gathered and analyzed, a facilitated process can begin whereby the aligned sentiments can become the “WE BELIEVE” values, expressed in a common language a.k.a Core Values.

Formative Assessment

This Assessment is a phone interview to identify how your organization is performing with respect to the four pillars of High Performance companies. The four pillars of Character Based Capitalism as developed by our Strategic Alliance Partner, Guidestar Inc. are: Core Values, Everyone is a Leader, Transcendent Organizational Purpose, and Performance Excellence. This Assessment report will reveal how well you have established an infrastructure to support and live these four pillars in your business processes and programs.
