1- Connection

During this step, we will work with you to understand the connection between your profit and loss (P&L) and your HR.  Even if you think your company is not spending money on HR, we will show you that in several ways, you are, even if you don’t think of these expenses as HR.  With our initial assessment, we will analyze your HR tasks, including asset protection, long-term cost containment, talent attraction, workforce compliance, and turnover reduction, and return with our pay gap analysis.  This analysis will show you what you are doing with your HR and what you are spending on current HR activities.  We will also show you areas to improve and how you can properly allocate those expenses to your HR.

2 - Pain Relief

Our professionals will use our pay gap analysis report to discuss and analyze your upper level objectives (ULOs) for your HR plan and what needs to be done to achieve these objectives.  We will highlight your top three strategic objectives and help identify what needs to be fixed and implemented from an HR perspective.

3 - Performance Enhancement

In this stage, we will identify what needs to be fixed with your HR management to achieve your top three strategic objectives.  We will propose solutions within the different areas that compose your HR including talent attraction, business asset protection, and turnover reduction.

4 - Starting Point

Before we begin to implement any type of HR plan, we must understand exactly where your PR is today.  We will provide you with an analysis of where your HR is currently, so we have a base line to start from.

5 - Examine

During this stage, we will give your company your free scorecard that will show how your company is performing in each area of HR.

6 - Finalize

In this stage, we work with you to finalize your strategic objectives and understand what is necessary in order to hit your objectives from a people perspective.

7 - Design Solutions

This is the stage in which we will approach you with a proposal that will help you reach your main HR objectives.

8 - Evaluate

Before we implement an HR plan for your business, we will evaluate the plan against your pace and budget.  This allows us to better customize the HR solution for your business in accordance with the time, money, and resources available to accomplish the plan.

9 - Deliverables

As we continue to evaluate and adjust the HR plan for your business, we will show you the deliverables we intend to bring and exactly how they will impact your HR effort.

10 - Track

As an ongoing part of our process, we will track various HR metrics and deliverables to present you with the results of the HR plan.  We will hold monthly accountability meetings and quarterly meetings with you and your stakeholders to go over the metrics that we have identified to track for your strategic objectives.  We will also hold annual meetings and revisit the scorecard we presented to you in the examine stage to see how far you have come.  At HRBOOST®, we hold ourselves to a high standard to ensure we are delivering on your key metrics.

11 - Execute

After we have established your main strategic objectives within each major area of your HR, identified solutions to achieve your objectives, evaluated and finalized the plan, and identified the deliverables and the main metrics to track, we will then execute the plan.

12 - Monitor and Adjust

Once the plan is in motion, we will monitor the agreed upon metrics and adjust the plan as needed to achieve your strategic objectives.  The professionals who manage your project will keep a close eye on your key metrics and ensure that your deliverables are having the intended impact.
