Manager Insights is a simple, easy-to-use dashboard that provides information on where your team is heading on a monthly basis and conversation prompts that help you have empathetic and effective conversations with team members that drive productivity and engagement.

How it works.

First, you are provided with a link to share with your direct reports to complete an initial assessment. After that, the Manager Insights dashboard automatically reminds them to complete their brief assessment every month.

Manager Insights then shows you qualitative analysis in the 6 key areas of: task performance, team productivity, team cohesion, organizational citizenship, manager performance, and engagement.

This detailed and effective information provides you with a more objective and actionable view into where your team, or a specific team member, has an opportunity for performance improvement or clarification about their work. The Manager Insights tool then creates easy-to-use discussion outlines that help you have empathetic conversations with your direct reports that drive productivity in an emotionally intelligent way.

Manager Insights also provides quantitative analysis around 30 and 90-day goals and leads your direct reports to set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals. When a direct report has set a goal that doesn’t meet these criteria, you are provided with a conversation prompt that helps that team member re-format those goals following these criteria.

Manager Insights also provides individual reports to your direct reports that help them track their goals and feelings about work overtime. The ongoing accuracy and predictive nature of this data simplifies performance reviews and empowers all with more closely aligned expectations.
