2020 Rate Determination

On December 2, 2019, IDES (Illinois Department Of Employment Security) will be notifying Illinois Employers of their 2020 Rate Determination.  The Employer can also go to their account at mytax.illinois.gov and get the Rate Determination from that portal.

It is important that each Employer verifies the rate as assigned within the 15 day protest time limit.  The final numbers for calculation of the 2020 Rate Determination will not be released until the 2020 Rate Determination is mailed.

The average 2020 Rate Determination is expected to be reduced.
