At HRBoost® we believe in recognizing and celebrating the hard work and dedication of our amazing team members.  You might have missed that March 1st was Employee Appreciation Day coined as such by Bob Nelson in 2024. We use the Appreciation Languages book with our Boosters and maintain a chart of everyone’s Appreciation Language publicly internally as we feel appreciation is personal and more impactful than recognition. If you are seeking ways to appreciate employees there are so many ways but the more time you take to care and just get to know your team the better! We produced just a few ideas if you are considering ways to express your appreciation for your team!  Here are 31 ways we show appreciation to our employees:
